Join Nurture Nature Center (NCC) and KSAT for “Deep Time Walk with Jeff Mucklin” on Saturday, Nov. 23, part of the Walk and Talk series, starting in the Karl Stirner Arts Trail’s 13th Street parking lot at 10 a.m.

“If the history of the Earth was written in a book with one page per year, that book would be 100 miles thick,” according to NCC. “Come join us on a walking tour through time on the Karl Stirner Arts Trail. We will walk one mile from the formation of the Earth 4.6 billion years ago to the present. Each step will take us 2 million years forward through time. We will see Earth’s pivotal changes, including when the crust cooled, when life started, and how all of human history compares to the vast geological history of our planet.”
